This project is a set of short ComfyUI motion studies using LTX 2.3 to animate archival images of Singapore, spanning visual material from the early 1900s through the 1970s.
The point is exploratory and hands-on: testing how far modern image-to-video workflows can go in adding motion, atmosphere, and continuity to historical still images while keeping the source material recognisable.
Technical note
The workflow uses ComfyUI as the orchestration layer and LTX 2.3 as the animation model. The clips are presented as experiments rather than finished restoration work, with the emphasis on rapid iteration, visual judgement, and learning the behavior of the pipeline.
